Not able to run my pipeline due 403 error

I am getting the below error while running my pipeline

Hey there.

I don’t see anything in the logs about SonarQube. Is there something else indicating that SonarQube is involved?

After reviewing the logs, I did not find any references to SonarQube in these logs.
