Not Able to Download plugin from Github

• what are you trying to achieve : Downloading plugin from Github
• what have you tried so far to achieve this: tried to download plugin, doesnt work

Hello Team,

Next week we are planning to upgrade sonarqube from 8.6.1 to 8.9.6, and for that we need to download the checkstyle and groovy plugin.

as per this URL: https://update.sonarsource.org/checkstyle.json
github URL to download plugin is not working, whenever i try to download it says 404.
downloading v9.2.1

same for groovy plugin.

downloading v1.8

Please advise.

The community plugin for Groovy is available here: GitHub - Inform-Software/sonar-groovy: SonarQube plugin for Groovy and should work with SonarQube 8.9 (and 8.6)

For Checkstyle, you have the plugin available here : GitHub - checkstyle/sonar-checkstyle: Support on Checkstyle in SonarQube. Officially transfered from https://github.com/SonarQubeCommunity/sonar-checkstyle
And you can see that 9.2.1 version will not be compatible with your 8.6, but only 8.9 version of SQ.
