Not able to connect to sonar server

Hi,
I want to upgrade from community edition to developer edition.We purchased the Developer Edition using the server ID of our existing Community Edition. We reinstalled the new Developer Edition and configure the database and all using existing JDBC url. But am not able to connect to our sonarqube server showing error “site can’t be reach”

Hi,

Web.log file is not present in logs/ and sonar.log shows that SonarQube is failing to start due to an issue with Elasticsearch, which exits with exit code 78.
