New users not added to organization on first login

  • ALM used (Azure DevOps)
  • CI system used - Azure DevOps
  • Steps to reproduce - new users try to login using Azure DevOps option but never get added to our organization (this has been working for a few years)

I am looking for some assistance on how to debug this. The only change made was we changed to Enterprise but I can’t image this would have any effect. Any assistance will be appreciated

Hi,

Could you share your org and ideally enterprise keys? Also, at a guess you started noticing this once you switched to the Enterprise plan?

Organization: sulzerag
Enterprise: Sulzer AG (I can’'t see a key)

yes we switched at the start of the year and haven’t been able to onboard new users this year
