A new version of the Community Rust plugin (v 0.1.0) has been released

- Description : Analyze Rust language , import Clippy lints as external issue, tests and coverage reports

Highlights for v0.1.0 :

- Fix parsing of Clippy reports when issue is a File level issue

- Better parsing (e.g borrow expressions in `if let` statements)

- Tested on SonarQube 9.5 and Rust 1.61.0

- The large and popular Serde Rust project can be fully parsed

- Compatibility : 8.9 LTS , 9.0+
