.NET Scanner D/L Not Working

I am trying to pull down the scanner located here:

Every time I try the ‘.NET Framework 4.6.2+’ there ends up being a connection error and it never completes.

I can’t reproduce this issue. Are you still having trouble downloading the scanner?
