Moving plan to anther organization

  • ALM used (Azure DevOps)

  • CI system used (Azure DevOps)

  • Steps to reproduce:

  • When opening the SQ Cloud account, we paid the yearly sum of the team plan.

  • But after that, accidently we imported the wrong Organization from the Azure Devops.

  • When trying to connect the correct one, we got the choose plan screen.

  • We deleted the wrong Organization connected to the premium plan, and created the correct one.

  • Again, the system does not recognize the Team plan status.

  • We currently opened it on free plan until we get support.

Are you comfortable sharing some IDs here? I guess we’re looking for the wrong ADO and the right one and your SonarQube Cloud IDs if they’re different.

Hello @Amirl

You should reach out to your Sales Representative (the person that provided you with the coupon for your first premium plan).
That person will be able to verify that the first coupon issued has been canceled (this is what happens when you delete an org with Team plan), and issue you a new coupon code to apply to your new org (the one that is currently free).
