Here’s a quick round-up of what’s landed in Gitar over the last couple of weeks.
Knowledge learns from review conversations and brings relevant guidance into later reviews, with citations. Enterprise admins can now browse what it learned, see where it gets used, and mark outdated entries stale.
Cross-Repo Analysis is now generally available on the Enterprise plan. The new dashboard shows repository connections and findings that explain which side needs a fix.
Risk Triage assesses the whole change as low/medium/high , even when no defects are found. Teams can define what counts as risky and use that assessment in approval and merge criteria.
Focused or Thorough reviews are now available to all Enterprise teams to choose how much feedback they want, with overrides per repository. Reviews also account for work planned in later stacked changes.
Add the gitar-managed label to a GitHub PR or GitLab MR to turn on automatic fixes for that change.
Azure DevOps Server and Bitbucket Data Center are generally available. We’ve also added Jenkins build failure analysis and YouTrack integration.
