Locked out of SonarCloud account

Last year we signed up for a paid SonarCloud account integrated with Azure DevOps, but stopped using it for a while. Since then, we’ve changed the domain used for our Azure AD authentication (from @xxx.com to @xxx.io), and when I sign in now, I do not see the projects or organizations I had access to before. I know our account is still active because we’re still being charged, but I’m not sure how to get back in. The only email record I can find from SonarCloud is the first receipt we got with the org name (which is from the old domain).
