We’re on the Team plan (300k LOC) and hit the limit within 5 days of our billing cycle. Is there a way to see LOC consumption broken down by project/repository over time, similar to a usage history view? The current billing page only shows total LOC used, not per-project trends.

We don’t keep historical LOC counts. If you really need this you might be able to reconstruct it by looking at your projects’ historical measure values, but you’ll need to find the largest branch of each project. You can’t assume main.
And just to be clear
You do know this isn’t like a phone plan where usage resets each month, right? The license is always total lines of code under analysis.
