Links to Referenced Rules in Azure DevOps PR's Don't look

The rule links made on Azure Devops PR’s no longer seem to work. E.g. My PR was annotated with C# S2386 with the link below. Clicking the link takes me to the rule page but does not actually load this rule. I am forced to manually search for it. Thanks in advance for your help.
