The COBOL subpage of the online documentation (COBOL | SonarQube Docs) currently contains several broken links in the “Custom Rules” section.
This is true for at least the link to the “API Javadoc” as well as to the “SSLR COBOL Toolkit”, although probably all links should be checked.
If you do click on one of the two links currently, you get following error message:
