Hi Peter,

I had a quick look at the logs you sent me privately.
It looks like the project being analyzed is not at the git repository’s root, right?

We have recently found this bug which might be causing the problem: https://jira.sonarsource.com/browse/SONARSCGIT-35

If you confirm that the project is not at the root of the git repository, would it be possible to try to analyze it at the root of a git repository? That would help us confirm the problem.
