Tried to add a new project with automatic analysis:

The last analysis has failed. If it keeps on failing after several attempts, please contact us on Community forum and provide the following failing analysis ID: “165cc0d9-05cc-4e58-bdc3-399b5d13f50e”.

How do I work out what the problem is?
Can I access the logs?

Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately, there’s no way you can get to the logs.

In order to help us find this more easily in the logs, can you identify the approximate date/time of this failure?
