’Go to GitHub → Actions → Sonarcloud workflow
Click Run workflow → select master → Run workflow It analyzed it.‘
“master” branch has not been analyzed yet and you have multiple branches already. It looks like it is not your Main Branch, check your configuration.‘ is gone. I am not sure what happened.
No error.

Hey Ann, silly me, it was a config issue in the yml file. Our push branch is ‘master’ but I mistakenly put ‘main’ there. Thanks for your help.
