java.lang.IllegalStateException: Fail to request Azure DevOps Pipeline

I’m using the Service Connection from Azure DevOps with other projects, but one project have broke the pipeline with the message in the title and when i click in the link show the error in json

Have you tested to call some SQ endpoint from a Postman or fiddler to see if the connectivity is ok ?
