Issues syncing ADO projects

We have recently migrated to SonarCloud Enterprise, and it appears that multiple Azure DevOps projects are not syncing correctly, preventing us from analysing certain projects and repositories.

I’m aware that projects can be connected via an Azure DevOps service connection; however, given that the entire Azure DevOps organisation has already been onboarded, I would have expected this process to occur automatically. This leads me to question whether there is a missing configuration or prerequisite on our end.

I would appreciate any guidance from the community if you have encountered a similar issue or can advise on the expected behaviour.

Could you elaborate on this, please?

Does that mean you’ve imported every project in the organization into SonarQube Cloud?

Most of them are on-boarded but some of the projects are missing, I couldn’t identify what is the issue.

Can you provide your org ID, and also can you characterize the projects that didn’t get imported?

The project that we are trying to onboard its an active project its been there for long time.
We can see more than 900 projects/repo synced except handful of them.
Can you please let me know what will be the issue?
