Hi, there!
A customer of mine has this weird issue when they filter by Security issues in two different projects. It’s showing a Maintainability issue. It’s an issue from the same rule (javascript:s128)

Both projects do not show the issues on the general view:
Rule had changed on 24 jul 2025 and had the security impact removed:
I don’t know what other details to provide. Let me know if I should add anything.

That impact was removed ~6months ago
But the issue was raised a year ago
Changes to rule attributes don’t retroactively change the attributes of issues previously raised by the rules. If you click through to the issue detail, what do you see?

Thx for your response. The issue was effectively created on november 2024, yep.
And I knew that rule attributes don’t change the attributes of issues previously raised, but doesn’t it mean that this issue should be reported as a security issue in the Issues menu (Issues filter) and in the overview?
Because I think there is a disonance there:
4 security issues in issues menu (filter)
3 security issues in overview
If the issue stayed as a security one, I think it should be reported as a security issue anywhere in the project or in the organization, shouldn’t it?

Can you check that issue’s change log, and see if it used to have security-related attributes?
