Integrating sonar with gitlab in private domain

hey there
i have a task in my job to connect sonarqube ce with gitlab ce and i have a problem that they are both in private domain and i cannot connect them in any way, i cannot create new project, because when im trying to put token it shows error all the time
my question is, does ce allows to connect those type of domains?

Hi,

It would be helpful to know exactly what the errors are. Can you check your browser console and your server logs to get the details? After that, you may need to talk to your network folks to work through allowing the systems to talk to each other.
