I see in your screenshot that you’re getting an error saying “Page extension failed”. I’m not familiar with that one. The first thing I would do to investigate is check the browser console to see what it says there.
Also, if you have any 3rd-party plugins installed that are trying to add pages, they could be the source of this. You might uninstall them & restart the server.
