The documentation on the SonarQube generic formatted issue reports https://docs.sonarsource.com/sonarqube-community-build/analyzing-source-code/importing-external-issues/generic-issue-import-format/ states that the effortMinutes field must be a string.
However, the example snippet at the bottom of the page includes effortMinutes": 40, so effortMinutes is a number or integer here which seems to be the correct type.
