Hi there. I just signed up with a private repo for 100k LOC. My repos are more than 100k LOC so I upgraded my billing plan to 500K LOC.
How do I trigger another overall analysis of the repos, according to my new higher LOC limits?

Just to confirm, so you upgraded your plan after you hit the limit and now you want to trigger the analysis for all these private repositories, correct?
If so, in order to manually trigger Automatic Analysis for a certain project you need to go to the Project Overview Page, then from the Sidebar menu → Administration → Analysis Method.
On that page, you’ll see a blue switch on the top which you can turn it off then on again. You’ll see a message confirming that an An analysis will start soon.
