How to set tag list in the back up Quality Profile in XML file?

When I back up my Quality Profile into XML file, all tags in each rules are disappearing. How can I add tag list into back up file? Because I don’t want to add manually each tag, I want to add this automatically.

Hi,

Yes, this file is need it to send to another server. I want to avoid manual work (adding these tags to the UI), and if I can add tags to XML, everything is easy.
