How to downgrade/rollback to 9.9.9 LTA from 2025.1.4 LTA

Hi Team,

Is there any downgrade/rollback steps to move to 9.9.9 LTA (or any previous version ) from 2025.1.4 ?

any documentation ?

Hi,

The rollback is to restore the DB backup you made before you performed the backup, and then start your old instance back up.

But why would you want to downgrade? Could you share your reasons?

We are currently experiencing issues related to memory, Elasticsearch, and external plugins in the development environment, and we are actively working on resolving them with your team’s support. However, we would like to understand the rollback process, in case we need to revert changes if things go wrong in the production environment.
