GitHub migrations should be able to create Sonar Projects

Feature Request: Ensure that SonarQube Cloud will automatically import migrated GitHub repositories.

As per GitHub guidance, the bbs2gh utility is be utilized to migrate repositories into GitHub: GitHub - github/gh-gei: Migration CLI for GitHub to GitHub migrations · GitHub

However, the “Automatically import new GitHub repositories” of SonarQube Cloud does not create projects for repositories created from migrations.
