GHE.com x SQC binding

hi, I have tried integrating GHE with sonarcloud with existing and new organization but both time gets an error “internal error occurred”. How do i can get to know what is wrong ? I looked at all the details and have no configuration issues from my end.

Hi @NitishGo - can you please provide your existing org name? We can check to see what’s going on.

Checking logs, can you verify that @NitishGo you’re using the right installationID per organization you’re trying to bind? Note each organization should receive a unique installationID from GHE.com. We don’t have a great error message for that right now if they’re not unique.

Hi Scott, created app and using correct installationID, existing org name in sonarcloud - Eneco-github.

Even when trying to create a new organization, I have same error and this app is newly created and instllaed in GHE.com

Thanks @NitishGo - we’ll take a look!

@NitishGo :waving_hand: Hello!

We’ve created this other thread to keep the discussion focused on helping you.

could you provide more details please? (org name, org id, time window when you attempted to bind the organization, etc.) Thank you!

thanks Shubham

org name: eneco-github, don’t see any org id in sonarcloud and I tried multiple times and latest is today morning July 17th, ~10 am CEST
previous instance were July 16th, 4-5 pm CEST

Thank you @NitishGo for providing the information. We’ve identified a backend issue and are working on a fix. As a temporary workaround, creating and using a separate GHE.com organization may allow the integration to proceed, although we recognize this may not be practical. We’ll update this thread when the fix is available. Thank you for your patience.

Hi @NitishGo! We’ve deployed a backend fix for this issue. If you haven’t already completed the binding using another organization, could you please try again with your intended GHE.com organization and let us know whether it works? Thank you for your patience!

Hello Scott. I tried and binding works now. Thank you for the fix.
