Found inconsistencies in coverage report

I’m closing to close this as a duplicate of

[SonarCloud] incorrect coverage information

Sonarcloud shows a file uncovered (coverage 0%), while locally generated HTML with LCOV shows the file fully covered. Attaching the lcov file and some debug information. The file in question is packages/action-status/src/store.ts. This was working fine and started all of a sudden recently. This is critical because quality gate is failing for our production app and it is required to pass for deployment to happen.
