Exception to rule S1314 against octal literals

Rule S1314 (variants in several repositories, such as java) flags octal literals due to the possibility of confusion by people not familiar with octal.

Could we have an exception (perhaps enabled with a switch) to exempt numbers from 0 to 7? We have some code that manipulates dates and often uses 01 to represent first of the month (for computing ranges), and 01 is more visually meaningful as a date. Anyway, the possibility of confusion doesn’t exist for numbers less than 8.
