# Error with old email to access SonarCloud

In the past i have access to my account with my github account but with different email, now I’m trying to access but receive the next error.

Sorry, but we couldn’t verify your authorization to access this page.  
When we tried, here’s what the provider said:  
Your email does not match the one we have on record: ‘c\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*@\ ***_._.** ’. Please add this email and verify it on GitHub in order to regain access to the account
