While using API - {"errors":[{"msg":"An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."}]}
Other than Quality Gate everything looks fine.
I am not able to find any support request link to log a support request.

I guess sonar quality gate was getting updated yesterday. Thats why it was down. Its working well today.
Is there a place which gives information about deployment window?

SonarQube Cloud is continuously deployed without any scheduled deployment windows.
Upon reviewing the logs, it appears that you are the only user who has recently encountered a 500 error on the endpoint (api/qualitygates/show).
If this issue has resolved itself and no other users are experiencing the same error, we will consider it a transient issue for now. However, if it happens again, please let us know and we will investigate further.

This issue is resolved now. And figure out why it is happening.
When I create a Quality gate with a wrong metics value using API, sonar quality gate is no accessible for few hours. It come back and the wrong metrics is gone. Thats was the main reason.
I was able to re-create the scenario yesterday. Not sure its a fail safe or a bug.
