We have received the following error: The last analysis has failed - ID: b9e2cfb6-c1f8-43b4-b764-61df86db50d1. We’re unable to see any logs or other information regarding the problem. Please can you advise what the issue is?

Welcome to the community!
The underlying error message is this:
The analysis was done with Automatic Analysis while Automatic Analysis is disabled.
At a guess, you onboarded your project, an automatic analysis kicked off… automatically 
, and then you started configuration, including disabling automatic analysis.
So you should be able to safely ignore this error.
