# Error in SonarLint for IntelliJ

Hello @quentinf, thanks for reaching out to us.

Which IDE version are you using?

I believe this issue happens on IntelliJ 2024.1 and should be fixed on the latest version, currently 2024.2, as stated by this [bug report](https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-347138/java.lang.IllegalStateException-There-is-no-ProgressIndicator-or-Job-in-this-thread-the-current-job-is-not-cancellable-at-at) on JetBrains’ side.

I also invite you to update SonarLint to the latest version, currently 10.9! :sonarlint:
