Does sonarqube support the Volkswagen Group KGAS standard?

    For Object-C and java languages, sonar rules or metrics support the KGAS standard.

  • what have you tried so far to achieve this
    Some of the requirements are supported by using rules and metrics, but the following three requirements are not supported:
    KGAS_2769
    KGAS_2771
    KGAS_3466

Hi,

We don’t currently measure anything related to the rules you’ve asked about.

I’m curious about KGAS_3466: could you explain the need to limit the number of function calls?

Our project needs to pass KGAS review, and the review rules are provided by Volkswagen Group.

Unfortunately, I was hoping to get the underlying rationale. Without that, we don’t have much chance of convincing the language teams to implement the rule. (Because otherwise all we have to put in the rule description is “Volkswagen said so” :sweat_smile:)

If you get access to it, it would be really helpful to share it here.
