Does SonarQube 7.1 version support decorate to Github pull request page

Problem:

I have one old SonarQube community version 7.1 which can support decorating scanning issues to github pull request review page. But as we upgrade to SonarQube 8.9 community version we find it can’t decorate issues any more.

So my question is:

Does SonarQube community version 7.1 support decorating and after that it is the feature of the SonarQube developer version?

Hi,

I’ll be honest & say I have little memory of what 7.1 did or didn’t do. PR analysis & decoration is a commercial feature in recent versions.
