At the moment, it is only possible to have a SonarCloud subscription bound to a single DevOps platform.
This leaves you with two options:
- Maintain separate subscriptions for your different platforms
- Create a manual project, but be aware that with unbound projects feature such as Pull Request Decoration and Automatic Analysis will not work.
