Corporate licence key required new server ID

We have an enterprise on-premise SonarQube deployment and have change server ID please provide us with a new licence.

The corporate support portal does not accept my user-id (C000—) format any longer so I cannot raise a call, please use my corporate e-mail and I can provide you with verification details.
