C#. Priority of "?" vs "?:"

This is False-Positive?
Priority of “??” is higher then “?:”

Thank you for the feedback! We are aware that our support of C# 6+ syntaxes is limited and generates some False Positives. You can safely suppress this issue as this is indeed a FP.
