Hi @voidpointer,  
A user reported a [similar issue](https://community.sonarsource.com/t/false-positive-of-csharpsquid-s1116/106204/7), and it appears to be fixed by updating to SonarLint version [10.2.0.77238](https://github.com/SonarSource/sonarlint-intellij/releases/tag/10.2.0.77238). Can you confirm?
