Bug found in sonar-scanner source code

Hello,

we have a project where we open sonar-scanner-cli-3.2.0.1227-linux.zip in the source tree, and I failed to exclude its content from the analysis properly. As a result, some bugs are reported in this subdirectory:

  and some other similar.

It’s not a grave bug, but I think you want to fix it to improve the first impression of potential users
