If the branch was analyzed when it was created and it’s not showing up, there may have been a failure in the scanner or in the server, when processing the report.
I suggest you check the scanner logs and see if you have any background task failure in Administration - Projects - Background Tasks.
We have checked the background task and there’s no trace of that branch. Also recently we have migrated to cloud and hence the URL domain has been changed. Could that be the reason somehow?.
