Block pull requests if the Code Quality check failed in Build pipeline of Azure Devops

• CI system used (Azure DevOps)
• Languages of the repository - Reactjs and Springboot
• Error - SonarCloud/quality gate not able to select in dropdown of Status check in branching policies
