We are currently subscribed to SonarCloud and have recently migrated our Azure tenant as part of a brand transition. As a result, all our Azure access now uses new email IDs. However, our SonarCloud subscription is still tied to the old email IDs.
When logging into SonarCloud with the new email id, we are unable to view any of our existing projects. Could you please let us know if any updates or actions are required from your end to restore access or migrate the existing data to our new accounts?
Also we need to change the email id tied to the billing too.
We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
What is the key of the organization/enterprise which has the subscription?
An example of “old” user (SQC login ideally)
An example of “new” user (SQC login ideally)
What SQC user should be made organization Admin (to unlock you and give you the ability to add back all new users)

Also, can you confirm that my understanding is correct: you completely lost access to your organization as all the current members are SQC account to which you can’t login anymore following your internal migration?
