# Azure DevOps Organizations has already been bound

I am trying to import my organization and get the error: **“This Azure DevOps organization has already been bound to a SonarQube Cloud organization”**

My predecessor started a free trial and bound the organization then left the company.

I sent an email to [contact@sonarsource.com](mailto:contact@sonarsource.com) who then told me to ask here.
