Availability of service platform RPT and RTO in case of catastrophic failure

Hi All, new to SonarCloud - does anyone have a handle on the overall Availability of the service platform? Is it 24/7, 99.99% availability or something else? Also in terms of recoverability in case of failure, what are the published RTO and RPO SLA’s ? Need this sort of information for in-house infrastructure support teams.

Hello, I’m looking for the RTO/RPO of SonarCloud - the link you posted in the above comment is broken and I can’t find any reference of RTO/RPO in any other documentation. Is there an SLA for this?
