/api/l10n/index file content cannot be upgraded with sonarqube

Current version: 10.4.1 Community

We have identified an issue where some text on the website is not displaying correctly and is only showing parameters.
Upon investigation, we found that the content in the /api/l10n/index is not up to date, which is causing the problem.

However, we are unsure why this occurred and how to update the file.
Do you have any suggestions or ideas on how to resolve this issue?
