Always getting failure result for project in Sonar Quality Gates Plugin - Build step 'Quality Gates Sonarqube Plugin' marked build as failure

For every case we are getting this message - “Build step ‘Quality Gates Sonarqube Plugin’ marked build as failure” while sometime our Project pass/fail on the basis of criteria’s as defined in SonarQube for particular Project.

Working with SonarQube with Sonar Quality Gates plugin and Sonar Scanner for MS Build with Jenkins job using free style option.

Could you share some details? Anything interesting in the Job log? In the Jenkins log?

Also, it would be helpful to check the webhooks to see what response they sent.
