ADO User Locked Out - Need Assistance

We have a user that left our organization but has recently returned. The user was authenticating into SC with their ADO credentials. Their access to their ADO creds was shut down when they left but was reactivated when they returned. Now when they log into SC they get an error that they cannot login as their ID is used by a different user. It seems as if their ADO ID has partially disassociated from their SC login ID, but is still preventing them from accessing our org. Can you please assist us with this?

We made a fix for this and now the user should be able to log in.
