We have use an Azure DevOps account to connect as Admin to our enterprise but due to internal processes, this admin account uses a non-routable address, hence no inbox. We have noticed that MFA has been introduced and the 6 digit code is being sent to the non-existent email account.
We think the way out is to create a new organization and add these account as admin to this organization. Is this conversation with the account manager as we can’t add new organizations even as an Enterprise admin?
UPDATE: I have managed to get this Azure DevOps admin account to have a routable email inbox. I have tested it and all emails (internally and externally) arrive in it…..apart from Sonarcloud. I have asked the Sec guys and the emails are not being blocked. It’s like they are not even being sent.
