Add Suppport to JAX-RS annotation for MediaType Negotiation for RFC 2616

Description

The annotations should be checked for RFC 2616 for the client server negotiation:

  • javax.ws.rs.Consumes
  • javax.ws.rs.Produces

A parameter should also be added to allow users to add additional exceptions.
