I am developing a custom plugin.
Is it possible to add more than text to an issue message? I would like to add a bit of HTML such as links. I would also like to be able to add an image (graph) generated by a third-party tool to add more details to the issue. Is it possible?

No this is not possible. The issue message can only be a short text.
You can have links in the rule description, but it will be the same for all issues.

Do you have any plan to extend issue message because I believe that it is valuable to explain issues in details? For now, you cannot even add a line return.
